All assets that are retained by the the Parish Council are identified and recorded in a Fixed Asset Register which shows a brief description, the date of purchase, initial cost, expected life, custodian (or where stored), date of disposal or discharge.
The Register of Assets is reviewed and updated every year and the current version is available to view here, in accordance with the ‘Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities’ (Dec-2014):
